A heat processor is modern technology that makes heat processing of a variety of free-flowing materials simple, practical, and profitable. Natural gas, propane, or alternative fuels, in an efficient burner, heats air which passes through the fully perforated bed of the product chamber. The product is gently, thoroughly, and evenly heated to a consistent finish.
The CalorMatic® Heat Processor employs a fluidized air bed to dry, roast, toast, bake, and sterilize a full range of free-flowing materials. This unique concept eliminates direct contact with flame, so there’s no scorching. It delivers consistent product quality and nutrient values, while also prevents product contamination. It removes fines, while gently handling the product.
The new control panel of the CalorMatic® now features AC controls for easy integration with remote control rooms, enabling remote access and monitoring. This, combined with the enhanced safety shutdown features, delivers continued automation.
Dry, roast, toast, bake, or sterilize a variety of materials, including:

- Bird seed
- Other free-flowing materials
CalorMatic® Heat Processor is also the best value.

How the CalorMatic® Helps Livestock
According to Midland Industry Group, "Feeding roasted full-fat soybeans, compared to solvent extracted soybean meal, has increased milk production by 2.0 kg per day, 4% fat corrected milk by 4.6 kg per day, and milkfat by .223 kg per day. Cows fed roasted soybeans continued to increase milk production to 70 days into lactation. Cows supplemented with soybean meal reached maximum milk production at about 40 days. Roasted full-fat soybeans must be fed at more than 10% of the diet dry matter to have a significant influence on the performance of lactating dairy cows."
创富东方娱乐According to NebGuide, "Cooked, full-fat soybeans contains less protein and lysine than soybean meal, but more fat and energy. Because of their high-fat content, full-fat soybeans offer a convenient method of adding fat to pig diets. Diets in which full-fat soybeans are fed to pigs, instead of soybean meal is an attractive alternative. When used in growing-finishing diets, cooked, full-fat soybeans improved gain and efficiency of feed utilization. Also, pigs fed diets with cooked, full-fat soybeans have more back fat and a smaller loin eye area than those fed soybean meal."
